Sandpaper works propably only on fabrics. T-shirts are made from light weight jersey knit. The shredding has to be done by unraveling the loops of the jersey first. After an are has been unravelled, you can cut layers apart. Check out my posts on Raquel Allegra. She´s the one originally invented the technique.
