Painting feathers sounds like fun... The perfect DIY accessorie/jewelry project for indian summer. Youth vs. Future is all ready making them and they look pretty sweet as necklaces or earrings! I would not try spray paints for this project as they tend to need clean and smooth surfaces, but acrylic paints I could imagine working well in this. Dry hanging. Let me know what paints work best if you do try this!
