Natalie wears Swarovski decorated shoulder pads designed by Keko Hainswheeler in the latest issue of V Magazine. I say these can be made with handsewing or gluing some beads, studs and a variety of metallic buttons on to a pair of shoulder pads. The attachement is the tricky part... I have no idea how these will actually stay on bare shoulders with just the chains (as there seem nothing to go under the arms..), so I´d propably sew them on to a blazer or jacket to keep them in place. I say best to make you own as these are probably a passing fashion fad - unless you're intending on going into battle!
