CUT Magazine - Leute Machen Kleider

CUT Magazine DIY crafts

My best find from our 4 day trip to Berlin was three copies of German DIY journal called CUT Magazine. I had previously seen some pics of it online but getting my hands on actual copies of it was great! Sure I bought fab things from the amazing fleamarkets and second hand shops and we super duper yet cheap and tasty brunches at Friedrichshein cafes, but these mags were special to me in ways that only other crafters and DYers could understand.

How could I describe CUT? It has superb layouts (very important to me in any magazine), interviews on top designers and craftsmen, step-by-step tutorials on how to make fashionable clothes, craft shopping guides, interior design stories, beautiful editorials.. I could go on and on. Even though CUT is written in German, the links and pictures are more than enough. Also all the tutorials are so clear that you should be able to follow them just by looking at the photos. If you´re looking for a new craft magazine to order, this would be my recommendation.

You can order CUT online from their website.
