A friend of mine got a new motorcycle. She was looking for leather biker overalls and I found her a nice black dungarees second hand. They turned out to be a bit too short (made for a 165 cm woman, not 175 cm as she is..). Since then they have been laying around my flat. I love the side ribs and knee paddings and have been looking for a Balmain Homme styled biker pants for a few seasons now since I saw them in their FW10 collection. So.. I took my scissors and cut the top part off from the dungarees. They were too short from the back for me also, but now they fit perfectly as the shoulder straps are gone and the model is just high waisted. The zipper ends I still have to finish so the zipper pull does not slip out, but otherwise they are ready to rock. These will be my nro 1 party pants during winter.
Thanks to Stella for the awsome pics!!
